This class will provide intermediate level training to your staff on HUD OCCUPANCY qualifications, processing tenant applications and re-certifications so that you can feel confident at your next MOR that your property will be MOR finding free.
Christine Bennett-Martin is the President of Bennett Martin Consulting. She has been in the affordable housing industry nearly 19 years; spending almost 7 years in the private sector reviewing resident files prior to move-in and specialized in reviewing files during the acquisition/rehab process. The last 12 years Christine had worked with the Ohio Housing Finance Agency as a Training and Technical Assistance Manager. Christine served as the Contract Administrator for OHFA conducting annual Management Occupancy Reviews.
